Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our HR Scholarship and Internship team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of internships. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and scheduling interviews, administering tests, coordinating internship placements, processing onboarding documents, and handling various HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for internship candidates, ensuring efficient and timely communication with applicants and interviewers.
- Administer tests and assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process.
- Coordinate internship placements, ensuring the smooth onboarding of interns and processing necessary documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks related to internships and scholarships, such as maintaining records, organizing files, and updating databases.
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, including schools and applicants, providing information, answering queries, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.
- Support outreach efforts by establishing connections with schools and promoting internship and scholarship programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Assist in other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
