Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our HR Talent Management team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of internships and scholarships. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and scheduling interviews, administering tests, coordinating internship placements, processing onboarding documents, and handling various HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.Key Responsibilities:

Scholarship & Internship 
Coordinate and schedule interviews for internship candidates, ensuring efficient and timely communication with applicants and interviewers.

Administer tests and assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process.

Coordinate internship placements, ensuring the smooth onboarding of interns and processing necessary documentation.

Manage administrative tasks related to internships and scholarships, such as maintaining records, organizing files, and updating databases.

Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, including schools and applicants, providing information, answering queries, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.

Support outreach efforts by establishing connections with schools and promoting internship and scholarship programs.

Talent Management

  • Support all Talent Development Programmes by managing administrative tasks such as vendor management, submitting claims, data management etc

Career Development 

  • Support the development of Career Framework for Corporate Services
  • Content review & proofreads for accuracy/consistency documents submitted for Career Framework as part of Division skills framework
  • Coordinate and schedule briefing sessions with Team Leads from different Divisions

General 

- Collaborate across the HR teams to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.- Assist and support all HR events as required.

- Assist other HR-related administrative tasks when the needs arise

- Monitor common mailboxes on a daily basis and respond (and/or direct) queries on a timely manner

 

Qualifications:- 

Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
