SPH Media is incorporated as a public company limited by guarantee. It has several business segments in the media industry, including the publishing of newspapers, magazines, and books in both print and digital editions. It also owns and operates other businesses including radio stations and outdoor media.
The Human Resources Division is looking for an Intern, Talent and Culture (6 to 8 months internship) to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Support: Support corporate onboarding & setup, Print Centre Tours (3x/year) as part of New Hire Journey
Events: Manage pre-event logistics such as room booking, ordering of teabreaks (Focus Groups, Onboarding)
Manages post event administrations (e.g. invoicing, feedback collation, updating of attendees list etc)
Platforms: Manages Qualtrics onboarding lifecycle and exit surveys invites and reminders to participants and HRBPs
Talent Development Center (TDC) support - Pre-event Invitations setup, Actual Day Centre Support, Post-TDC Briefings invites
Proofreads for accuracy/consistency documents submitted for Career Framework as part of Division functional skills
Job Requirements
Candidates who is pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Studies preferred but we are open to other discipline too.
Project management & Administration - Manage schedules across key activities, milestones, timelines in Talent & Culture areas
Digital literacy - Proficient in MS Excel, Comfortable with data, Tech savvy with platforms (Qualtrics)
Detail Oriented, proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
