Job Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern, you will support the lifecycle marketing team in executing and optimising marketing campaigns aimed at engaging, retaining, and growing our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign analysis, and customer relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support:

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels.

    • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, creatives and messaging for different stages of the customer lifecycle.

    • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights for optimisation.

    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for new system enhancements (where applicable and relevant) to ensure seamless integration and functionality, providing feedback to improve user experience.

  • Market Research:

    • Conduct research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

    • Assist in segmenting the customer base for targeted marketing efforts.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Analyse customer data to identify patterns and opportunities for improving engagement and retention.

    • Support the development of reports and presentations on campaign performance and key insights.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

    • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

  • Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese in written and spoken formats

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, analytics tools) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
