You will be part of the dynamic RPA COE team, to implement RPA initiatives across various business units within the organization.
As an intern, you will be under the tutelage of our RPA leads to partake in all phases of the RPA SDLC journey which includes closely working with stakeholders to re-design/streamline operational processes and implementing various automation tools and technologies to help achieve maximum efficiency.
Job Description
● To facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map as-is business processes and
crafting to-be process maps prior to automation.
● To design and develop RPA tools based on business requirements.
● To maintain necessary project documentation, including PDD, SDD.
● To participate in UAT and to ensure the quality of the production bots.
● To conduct continuous research on new automation techniques/innovations.
● To provide post live technical support to business users or production incidents
● Ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
● Excellent Communication skills to gather and articulate information accurately
● Basic understanding of programming languages and process modelling
● Analytical,Resourceful, independent with a good sense of time management
