Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of studio cameras, lights, microphones, and other technical equipment
• Learn to troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly
• Provide support during live broadcasts, including assisting with camera movements, lighting adjustments, and ensuring smooth technical execution
• Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical glitches during live shows
• Assist in the organization and coordination of equipment logistics for various productions
• Gain hands-on experience in managing cables, setting up studio sets, and ensuring the overall readiness of the studio space
• Work closely with the technical team, including camera operators, audio engineers, and lighting technicians
• Support team members in executing technical plans and adhering to production schedules
• Actively engage in training sessions and workshops provided by the technical team.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices in studio production
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working in the studio
• Participate in safety briefings and exercises to ensure a secure working environment.
• Gain exposure to post-production processes, including editing, graphics, and technical aspects of content delivery.
• Collaborate with post-production teams as needed. 

Pursuing or a graduate in a relevant diploma or degree program related to television production, broadcasting, or a related field; passion for studio production and a keen interest in technical aspects of studio operations; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; basic understanding of television production equipment is a plus; proficiency in English language and at least one other language, Chinese, Malay or Tamil is an added advantage
