As a ZB Photographer Intern, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that support the editorial and visual storytelling needs of the publication. You will cover a variety of assignments, including news events, feature stories, and profile interviews, contributing to the dynamic visual content that engages our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- News Event Photography: Attend and photograph news events, ensuring timely and accurate visual coverage.
- Interview Profiles: Capture compelling portraits and candid shots of interview subjects, reflecting their personality and story.
- Editorial Assignments: Collaborate with editors and reporters to understand story angles and deliver images that complement written content.
- Post-Production: Edit and retouch photographs to meet publication standards and enhance visual appeal.
- Photo Archiving: Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring easy retrieval for future use.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and design teams to align visuals with the publication’s brand and storytelling objectives.
Learning Opportunities:You will gain hands-on experience in photojournalism within a fast-paced newsroom environment, developing your technical photography skills and storytelling abilities. Additionally, you will learn how to adapt to various shooting conditions and collaborate with media professionals to produce impactful visual content.
