Job Description

The Project Assistant will be involved in the management and execution of trade exhibitions, with focus on Operations & Logistics, and Marketing: Data updating, registration management, customer service, pre-event coordination. The position requires excellent writing, proof reading and editing skills, and must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good time management, ability to set and stick to priorities, and capable of meeting multiple deadlines are necessary for this role.


Job Scope:

  • Prepare communications collateral, and publicity materials to support the publicity and promotion of the exhibition (digital, print, social and outdoor media)
  • Ensuring an up-to-date media directory
  • Source and research various marketing tools, programs and/or goods as needed
  • Work with sales team and operations team to provide all necessary marketing materials
  • Drafts material for communication and response to incoming inquiries and relevant follow-up with clients
  • Assist in pre-event coordination and preparation for upcoming exhibitions (including but not restricted to the following: preparation of exhibitor manual, managing of the e-manual system, following up with exhibitors’ submissions etc.)
  • Liaising with internal and external customers in managing their requests and to provide excellent customer service
  • Going onsite to assist in actual running of trade exhibition (managing of Organiser`s office and other related duties)
  • Provide updates on all projects and respond to emails in a timely manner
