We have an immediate opening for an Admin and Finance Officer who will be responsible for administrative and financial matters of the organization. The individual will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Undertake ownership of the organization, collation, and handling of Job Completion Reports
- Prepare official quotations and invoices for the respective projects to assist the Business Development team
- Ensure that sales invoices or payment milestones have been promptly and accurately updated
- Manage and maintain company assets. E.g. disinfection solutions, equipment, etc
- General and ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and meticulous
- Resourceful, able to multi-task, and flexible in taking on duties
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
