Splat Paint House – Art Jamming Operations Intern (Customer-facing)

We are hiring an Operations and Marketing Intern who is willing to get his/her hands dirty and learn lots on the job. Ever wondered what it would be like to work for a creative startup? Join us and find out!

Your responsibilities:

• Daily operations: inventory management, studio upkeep
• Customer service: be the face of our brand - host customers, handle enquiries online and offline
• Have an ability to work independently, take initiative and propose new ideas
• Social media management - create fun content on Instagram/TikTok

We are looking for someone:

• People-person: able to communicate well and provide good service. This will be a customer facing job! You need to LOVE interacting with people!
• Independent, disciplined, hard-working
• Humble, interested in learning and doing what it takes for a small business to succeed

Good to have one or some of the following:

• Experience in service jobs
• Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Currently or previously enrolled in art-related schools or courses

Your role will not be limited to one narrow area, but rather you will be contributing to various aspects of the business. The internship will ultimately differ based on your own experience and skills. If you have art experience, you will have the chance to help build our programming, but no art experience is necessary.

You will be paid a monthly bonus that can go up to double your salary based on company and personal performance.

To start immediately, with room for continuation. Minimum 3-4 months commitment.
