Job Scope

-­‐Provide administrative support to HR personnel

-­‐Update database for staff records

-­‐Maintain and update of employees’ personal and leave records

-­‐Assist in work pass applications and renewals

-­‐Familiarize with employment pass regulations

-­‐Assist in travel arrangements

-­‐Assist in managing job posts, Review resumes in online database to recruit qualified individuals for specific open positions

-­‐Compose competent memos to employees to effectively communicate policy and procedural changes -­‐Assist in the construction and improvement of company policies and procedures

-­‐Maintain employment resumes, applications, and applicant flow logs in line with standard company procedures

-­‐Assist in recruitment activities and special projects as needed -­‐File documents and answer phone calls

Job Requirements

-­‐Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Preferably majoring Human Resource Management or equivalent



-­‐Start Date of Internship would be 3rd week of July onwards -­‐1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 to 9 month(s) -­‐Highly communicative and pleasant personality

-­‐Adept in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint presentations, possibly Prezi -­‐Self-­‐motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial, multicultural environment

-­‐Skilled in effective research tactics and good organization -­‐Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality

-­‐Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
