Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior regulatory and scientific affairs team in researching and reviewing regulatory trends, guidelines, policies and procedures for Asia region
  • Participate to the development of the digital regulatory portal
  • Write scientific reviews, abstracts and summaries of findings
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of technical documentations
  • Create specialized toolkits and support materials for commercial clients
  • Create sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Liaise with both internal and external regulatory stakeholders as per project requirements 
  • Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose best practices to the team


Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Regulatory Affairs / Life Science field or related discipline
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities concurrently
  • Able to communicate to senior client audiences well and creating effective MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Organized, analytical, and result-orientated individual who enjoys a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Detailed oriented and able to handle projects with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work with Pan Asian region
  • Mandarin speaking candidates would be a plus
