We want to work with ambitious “do-ers” who are keen to make their mark in helping us to deliver stand-out strategic communications campaigns.  In return, our senior team will equip you with essential experience if you are considering a career in corporate and financial public relations.

Your day-to-day role will be to provide support to the PR executives in their daily duties with tasks including collaborating on research projects, drafting press materials, report generation and maintenance as well as supporting our new business and marketing initiatives and general office tasks.   You will be given opportunities to represent the agency in front of media, clients and other stakeholders in an exciting and dynamic environment.

Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to):

•            Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

•            Contributing fresh ideas to client briefs and marketing materials

•            Working together with the team to support multiple clients simultaneously

•            Dynamic interactions with clients and media to ensure best possible coverage

Job Requirements:

·       Proficient in using design software and programs (e.g. Photoshop, MailChimp)

·       Demonstrate a positive, thoughtful attitude to work

·       Possess good research, writing and organisation skills, with very strong attention to detail

·       Fluent in English. Competency in Mandarin would be advantageous but not essential.

·       Prior internship experience at a public relations agency or an organisation's corporate communications department would be advantageous

·       Available for immediate start for at least three months, on a part-time or full-time basis
