At Squake, you are not a number in a resource pool. You will receive an opportunity to learn, experience and grow in the real world, working real-time campaigns with your personal mentors from the key management team on Planning, Account Servicing and Creative.

Your dive into the role begins and ends daily through on-the-job training.


With your Mentor, you will
• meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;


• work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising or event campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;


• present, alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account directors - the ideas and budget to the client;


• liaise with and act as the link between the client and agency by managing communications
• present creative work to clients for approval;


• manage campaign costs and invoice clients;


• monitor the effectiveness of projects

You are articulate both in your speech and your writing abilities.
You are mature, in outlook, in style and in manner - and you are a solution-seeker, entrepreneurial in spirit. 


You are a multi-tasker and you manage your time efficiently
You have knowledge and experience in MS Office.
