Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation Skills: Gain a comprehensive understanding of technical documentation and the specific concepts adopted by the company, enhancing your ability to produce clear and effective documentation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Develop strong collaboration skills by working closely with the product teams, improving your ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Enhance your editing and proofreading skills, learning to meticulously review and update documentation to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Written and Verbal English: Strong command of the English language is essential for creating clear and effective documentation.
- Familiarity with Technical Concepts: Understanding of technical concepts and subject matter is important to accurately document and simplify information.
- Knowledge of Software Languages, Development Models, and Tools: While not mandatory, having knowledge in these areas is a plus and can enhance your ability to collaborate with the development team.
- Commitment: Must be able to commit to at least a 3-month internship.
Industry:
- We are looking for 2 interns, each focusing on one of the following:
- Banking & Financial Services Industry (BFSI) - working with the latest state-of-the-art GenAI LLM capabilities, the technical writer will have to draft documents related to the product capabilities that have been developed.
- Healthcare - leveraging on our strength in healthcare and defense, we are building a platform for healthcare operations to provide insights to enhance operation efficiency.
