ST Engineering – Executive, Procurement (West Camp Road)

We are seeking professional that are meticulous, eager-to-learn to join our fast growing team as Procurement, Executive. 

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Request (PR) sourcing to Purchasing Order (PO) issuance to support the needs of Business Units and meet agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Conduct sourcing / competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for ST Engineering Group
• Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplier
• Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered
• Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of SSC
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
• Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
• Build, maintain and manage relationships of both internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Business Administration / Procurement / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer
• Experience in Aerospace a plus
• SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills
• Able to work under time pressure
• Comfortable to work in North East Location @ West Camp Road
