Role Description
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, deeply analytical, creative and ready to take on the challenging role of a Recruitment Consultant. If you find a real kick in analyzing user data, coming up with actionable insights and driving marketing strategies to win in this demanding competitive industry, this could be the perfect role for you.
• Committing a 360 Recruiter position
• Oversee employers and helping the society globally to reduce unemployment rate with new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate and coordinate across clients, including business development, social media, partnerships, public relations, online marketing, offline marketing, design and more for campaign creation and optimization.
• Track placement performance and offer ongoing candidates.
• Keep abreast of trends on social media, ecommerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage on such trends and developments to optimise recruitment placements.
• Brainstorm and offer innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance company performance.
Requirements:
• Singaporean
• 1 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry level roles.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Strong business acumen. An analytical thinker and strategist. Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving.
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across various departments under tight timelines and pressure.
• Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks. Constantly exceeds expectations and is open to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects.
• Reliable and possess strong team spirit. Able to work collaboratively, is patient and has good social skills.
Preferred:
• Minimum N or O Levels
• Prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Prior experience in account management/engagement with employers.
Remuneration:
This position is paid a basic starting salary of SGD 3000 and additional commissions without capped earnings.
