Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
- Responsible for routine maintenance and faults reported in the office building
- Provide administrative support including invoicing, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services
- Follow up with Customers on outstanding documents and payments
- Maintain sufficient supplies of office and pantry items
- Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
Able to Multi-task and work independently with self-initiative
Can start work immediately
Willing to learn attitude
Location: Loyang Crescent
Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30 pm
