In this position, the incumbent will have the opportunity to acquire valuable skills in various aspects of HR functions throughout the employee life cycle in a dynamic, diverse and inclusive International School environment. This encompasses talent acquisition, employee induction and learning, benefits management, work pass administration, and employee engagement.
Be part of the HR Support team and support the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in running the full spectrum of HR function for various Schools and Operations Departments. Main responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process, including issuing offer letters, employment contracts, and completing onboarding formalities. Ensure all documentation aligns with HR policies.
- Faculty Orientation: Assist the HR team in delivering orientation programs for new faculty members.
- HR Research & Analysis: Conduct research on HR-related topics and present key findings.
- Documentation and HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- HR Projects: Opportunities to be involved and support on-going HR projects
- General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance and contribute to HR projects as needed.

The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom they are responsible, or with whom they come into contact will be to adhered to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, they must report any concerns to the School’s Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head or indeed to the Cognita Regional Safeguarding Manager so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.
