Job Description

Length of employment: 3 months

Working hours: 9am to 6pm; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only (3 days a week)

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing customer service on Facebook by replying to all Starbucks Singapore Facebook private messages and wall posts
  • To reply to 60 – 80 customers per day
  • Collate relevant customer feedback on service quality, product issues and membership-related issues into daily reports for the customer service team
  • To help with copywriting for various Starbucks Singapore products
  • To assist with uploading of content onto the CMS
