Job Description

Job Role:

  • Provide quality customer service support to clients by assisting them on their queries
  • Preparation of clients' proposals and collation of data and statistics. 
  • Manage and execute day-to-day office operations and supervise and guide juniors e.g. intern
  • Administrative support for events and special projects
  • Creation of campaign materials and electronic mailers
  • Other administrative support duties that may arise

Requirements:

  • ITE, GCE 'A' Level or Polytechnic Diploma graduate
  • Service oriented and enjoys building rapport with clients 
  • Proactive and able to multi-task in an organised manner
  • Resourceful, reliable and an independent administrator
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in English as well as in Chinese for communication with Chinese speaking clients. Will be an added advantage if can also converse in basic Malay to assist Malay speaking clients.
  • Keen learner, self-driven and task oriented
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite
