What you will learn:
• Customer Relationship Management: you will have to handling customer inquires independently. How to ensure customer satisfaction is your primary target. You will master the skills and techniques that help you interact with customer confidently.
• Communication Skills (Chinese & English): By managing the customer representative line, you will be constantly speaking and interacting with customers and partners, which will definitely train you to be eloquent and engaging in your speech in both Chinese and English.
• Time Management and Stress Control Skills: Develop these important job competencies that will follow you throughout your working life as you learn to manage your time properly and handle stress without cracking under the pressure.
Job Descriptions:
1. Daily operation tasks (such as handling customer inquiries, delivery dispatch, and partner restaurants communication etc.)
2. Simple admin tasks (such as document filing and organizing, data entry and other ad-hoc tasks).
Requirements:
1. O-Level Min.
2. Singaporean, PR, LTVP, DP or Public school students.
3. English & Mandarin with good communication skills.
4. Proficiency in excel and word.
