Office Operations Assistant in eCommerce / Online Food Platform
【Job Responsibility】
1) Arrange daily ecommerce orders (packing, arrange shipment and backend system storage clearance)
2) Settle customers' daily inquiries through online channels
3) Assist operation manager on the operation tasks (e.g., communications between departments, contacting material production, etc.)
4) Assist managing company marketing ID (facebook, instagram, Weibo, etc.), planning for marketing ads and artworks, obtaining high-quality customers.
5) Data processing and data analysis tasks
6) Admin work (e.g., document organizing, important parcel sending)
7) Other tasks that the manater arranges
【Job Requrement】
1) With good Chiense & English marketing skills and communication skills
2) With strong organizing skill (to apply to packing and organizing document, etc.)
3) With experienced skill in Microsoft (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
4) With strong learning ability and strong teamwork
5) With positive working attitude and strong execution ability, can complete the tasks in time
【Good to have】
1) Major in Marketing, Sales, Operations is a plus
2) Experienced in marketing, business development or operation is a plus
【Other Remarks】
1) Working location:Chinatown
2) Working time:10 am-6:30 pm, 5 days a week
3) Can start immediately
