Job Description
Supporting
the finance function in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables processes.
§ Assist in the preparation of invoices and matching of receipts
§ Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
§ Preparation and mailing statement of accounts and reminders.
§ Assist in the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
§ Updating of fees schedule
§ Assist in payment process
Job Skills and Requirements:
§ Possess basic accounting knowledge.
§ Good communication skills.
§ Proficient in common Microsoft software, especially Excel and SUN.
§ Meticulous and able to cope with pressure.
Team player.
