Job Description

Job scope

  • Collaborate with the Training and Development team to create training materials on using existing content management tools
  • Work with the project lead to develop test plans, strategy, success criteria, and scenarios for system testing and end-user testing
  • Propose rollout plans, manage deployment and update stakeholders on status of project
  • Research and industry best practices in cooperation with senior IT staff  to find best-fit solutions for internal customers, demonstrate proposed products to management
  • Apply technical knowledge and project management skills for special assignments
  • Perform business and systems analysis for new and existing applications
  • Participate in service and contract management activities
  • Participate as a member of other project teams, and assisting in project-related duties
  • Have fun with the team labeled as most energetic and creative!

Required skills and abilities

  • Ability to work with a variety of technical skill levels to translate existing business processes into detailed business requirements for use by technical teams
  • Able to clearly articulate ideas both orally and in writing to both technical and business audiences
  • Adaptability and ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio preferred
  • Professional conduct and appearance

Qualifications

Undergraduate in Hospitality Management or Information Technology
