Job Description

IT touches everything that we do at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Every day the IT team delivers technologies and applications that create a unique and personal experience for our guests and peace of mind for our associates. Smart rooms, self check-in kiosks, and state-of-the-art ERP systems are just a few of the many technologies we’ve implemented that help us better serve our guests. You will gain exposure in creating training content for all IT managers in hotels in Asia Pacific.

You will ideally be a highly organized undergraduate in IT or Hospitality & Tourism with strong problem solving skills and able to translate business processes into detailed business requirements. You would possess strong Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills.
