Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the intern are to:
· Help ensure effective communication to all team members pertaining to policies and procedures
· Partner with HR team regarding Employee Relations issues
· Support Organizational Initiatives - act as project leader/coordinator as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of junior or senior year towards an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related major
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment
