The role

We are hiring a marketing and operations intern who loves kbeauty and skincare, and is willing to get their hands dirty. Ever wondered what it would be like to work for a k-beauty ecommerce startup? Here's your chance!

Your responsibilities:

• Daily operations: picking & packing of stocks, inventory management, updating product listings on ecommerce sites
• Take charge of our social media channels - content creation, copywriting, photography/videography.
• Have an ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Research and marketing: from your interactions with our customers, better understand their needs and come up with creative ways to retain customers and attract new ones.
• Be able to work in Bt Batok
  
  We are looking for someone:
• Curious, independent, disciplined
• Good organization skills and attention to detail
• Interested in entrepreneurship and what it takes for a business to succeed
• People-person: able to communicate well, and provide good service. 

Plus points:

• Adobe CS (Photoshop/ Illustration/ Lightroom/ Indesign) skills
• Photography and videography skills
• Korean speaking
• Staying in the West

Your role will not be limited to one narrow area, but rather you will be contributing to various aspects of the business. The internship will ultimately differ based on your own experience and skills. Someone who genuinely enjoys creative campaigns or thinking of new ways to solve problems will thrive in this role.

To commence end of July, and ideally be able to work for more than 6 months. Can be converted to a full time role.
