Job Description
  • Ensure the bulk material loading and unloading using Isotanks, tank truck, flexitainer and IBC which happen at TLB (Truck Loading Bay) and Plant area activities are being performed in safe and efficient manner and meeting the quality spec to fulfil our internal and external customer agreed requirements.
  • Perform drum filling and IBC/other package material in safe and efficient manner to meet the agreed customers' requirements.
  • Perform SAP transactions in relation with receiving and shipping products and also purchase requisition for material, tools and services.
  • Perform SAP transactions in relation with receiving and shipping products and also purchase requisition for material, tools and services.
  • Perform quality checks for receiving products and packaging to meet the agreed upon requirements.
  • Perform QC test to produce COA (Certificate of Analysis) according to the correct method and product specification requirement.
  • Deliver key objectives in plant KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
  • Perform ERT (Emergency Response Team) task as described in Plant Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • NITEC in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial and/or Electrical (minimum)
  • 1 to 3 years in Chemical industry or Logistics company
  • Forklift Driver
  • Good hands-on technical practice
  • Reading, understanding and implementing Work Instruction
  • Basic Analytical Skills
  • Scheduling/Monitoring skills
  • SAP Transactions
  • Work Shifts as and when required
