Job Description

Position Overview

As a BD intern, you will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Project Management:

  • Assist in generating leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key initiatives and special projects. This may include:
  • Conducting market research and analysis.
  • Developing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Track progress, identify roadblocks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in identifying and generating leads through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and online databases.

Communication and Administration:

  • Facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and develop notes of meeting, and follow-up actions.

Ad-hoc Projects:

  • Contribute to a variety of projects outside the core responsibilities, such as:
  • Assisting with financial data entry and analysis.
  • Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

Other tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree undergraduates
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn and grow.

Other Details:

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Location: one north
