SAC is a non-profit organisation established by Temasek, dedicated to helping business and government leaders, investors and individuals activate stewardship practices through research, executive education and engagement. We define stewardship as the mindset and practice of creating value by integrating the needs of stakeholders, society, future generations and the environment.
We're looking for positively driven, sharp, and self-motivated individuals who have a strong interest in creating and operationalizing platforms to promote practical applications of good stewardship through education, engagement and outreach. An intern in this position will be supporting events (physical, hybrid and virtual) as well as executive education programmes, with a focus on the areas below:
Responsibilities
1. Programme promotion and logistics, including:
- Assist in the designing of programme for promotional materials
- Implementing marketing plan for each programme based on programme objectives and other KPIs
- Engaging with the Communications team to update information on website, social media campaigns etc
- Maintaining databases on information relevant for publicity, marketing and participant profiling
- Pre-event and onsite event organisation
- Liaising with vendors on event planning and logistics where needed
- Preparing programme materials
- Assist in the design and launch of the learning portal for education programmes
2. Sponsors and Partners Management
3. Post programme review and analysis, including preparing post-mortem reports and follow-up with partners, vendors and participants.
