Job Scope
Project Title: Automated Data & Web-based Charting for Device Engineering Department
Project Synopsis: The intern will understand how Wafer Fabrication movement and processes in production line and create automated data and charting using knowledge of newly learnt softwares like Klarity AceXP and SpotFire analysis tools.
Key Tasks: Generate automated data, charting and reporting. Create a Device Engineering website
The detailed jobscope consists of (but not limited to):
- SpotFire Software
- To create Script by Technology level (~3months)
- Automated Device T84/EWS report
- Split/Pre-production/Line-Stress format – Extract from AceXP or SpotFire to Powerpoint format (~1month)
- Automated Daily Wafer Movement Monitoring (Inline/T84/EWS LOH)
- Extract from Production web link to Excel format with data and charting (~2weeks)
- Automated Weekly SemiFinished Variation (SFV) Tabulation
- Extract from BiST to Excel format with data and charting (~2weeks)
- Automated Weekly Electrical Wafer Sort (D0/Yield) Tabulation
- Extract from BiST to Excel format with data and charting (~2weeks)
- Device Engineering Department Website (~1month)
- Create new website
Teamwork: The intern will need to understand process in Device department and work with colleagues from other departments (e.g. IT and Automation) to complete his/ her tasks
Job Requirements
- The intern should be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field of study, such as Computing, Computer Engineering, and etc.
- The Intern should be able to commit for a minimal duration of 6 months, preferably as soon as possible
