Job Overview: We are on the lookout for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Admin) to join our team! In this role, you'll help support our daily business operations and administrative functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases related to operations.

  • Collaborate with various departments to improve workflow and efficiency.

  • Handle procurement and inventory management, ensuring everything is well-stocked.

  • Support logistics, scheduling, and coordination of company activities.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary documents.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Assist with correspondence and handle emails/phone calls related to operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in procurement, logistics, or office management is a plus.
