Job Description

Working Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Job Overview: Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organization? Stone for Gold Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Logistics Executive (Admin) to manage our logistics operations and support the administrative team. If you have experience with shipments, inventory management, and vendor coordination, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, including shipments, transportation, and warehouse management.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipping, and customs documentation.

  • Maintain inventory records, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.

  • Resolve any logistical issues and ensure smooth deliveries.

  • Prepare and process invoices, shipping documents, and other necessary paperwork.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and company policies.

  • Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and database management.

  • Monitor logistics performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or administrative support roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of logistics software is a plus.

  • Familiarity with local import/export regulations is an advantage.
