Job Overview: Stone for Gold Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team! As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience while helping us maintain a visually stunning store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create lasting relationships.

• Meet and exceed both personal and store sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude.

• Ensure store displays are attractive and visually appealing.

• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.

• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends.

• Support store reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

• Previous retail experience, especially in customer-facing roles.

• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.

• Basic math and computer skills (POS system experience is a bonus).

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing top-notch service.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
