Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Sales & Admin Officer is responsible for the processing of customers’ orders, service job orders, generating invoices and debit/credit memos. He/she ensures the orders processed are consistent and accurate such as pricing and quantity. This position contributes to the improvement in credit control and debt management within the Company.

The job is challenging but rewarding, with the backing of an experienced, close, supportive team.

  • Issues delivery orders, invoices, debit/credit memos, job orders as well as consignment note
  • Process and coordinate deliveries for display and consignments
  • Attend to customers’ requests and provide support to the Sales division
  • Update customers’ files and records
  • Record and update customers’ advance orders and consignment stocks
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
  • Process and disseminate daily & weekly reports
  • Data management and filing

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Min GCE 'N/O' level, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment
  • Detailed, strong analytical ability with good knowledge on invoice processing
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with positive service mind-set
  • Proficient in MYOB will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
