A well-established local food and beverage company, operating a network of food courts, coffee shops, F&B units (including stalls, kiosks, and restaurants), and a central kitchen, is currently hiring.
Operations Manager X 2 Positions
Job Requirements :
Operations Lead Area Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure outlet performance.
Guide daily operations of Foodcourts and Coffeeshops per company SOPs.
Maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards; conduct regular checks.
Oversee tenant sourcing, stall marketing, and rental collections. Implement market-relevant activities and outlet improvement programs.
Drive large-scale renovations and monitor financial/operational performance.
Conduct tenant evaluations, contractor supervision, and performance reporting.
Administrative Review staff performance and handle training, promotions, and disputes.
Communicate company policies to staff and tenants.
Manage financial matters, including budgets, reports, and debt recovery.
Oversee lease renewals, negotiations, and cost control measures. Facilities
Maintain relationships with landlords, authorities, and tenants.
Ensure compliance with NEA, SFA, and Civil Defense requirements.
Supervise cleaning contractors and monitor housekeeping excellence.
Manage maintenance schedules and oversee facility renovations.
Ensure timely upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Job Requirements :
Education Degree/Diploma in any discipline with 5+ years of senior business development/leasing experience, preferably in food, retail, or FMCG sectors.
Soft Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in planning, implementing change, and fostering business relationships.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
Team-oriented leader with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Certifications and Technical Skills Expertise in leasing, tendering, and lease documentation.
Proficient in MS Office; design/marketing background is a plus. Knowledge of F&B operations and statutory board requirements is advantageous.
