Job Description

Administrative Assistant, Training (Part Time)

StrengthsAsia is an SME providing corporate training and development services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with our corporate training team to provide administrative and operational support for the planning and execution of our programs.

The role is part-time, with a focus on logistics and operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact in the delivery of high-quality training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate training and development programs, with a focus on logistics and operations, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications
  • Provide administrative support to the training operations team, including preparing training materials and coordinating training-related activities
  • Support the team in the preparation of reports and analysis of training program metrics and evaluation feedback
  • Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful training program delivery
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training programs, participants, and evaluation results

Who you are:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable traveling around the country
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1-2 years of experience in training operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
