StrengthsAsia – Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with our marketing team to help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's corporate training and development services. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, PPC, SEO)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content marketing campaigns including writing blog posts, creating social media content, and developing email campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct market research to understand the target audience and trends in the corporate training and development industry
• Assist in managing our social media accounts and online presence
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Who you are:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Proficient in design and video editing software (a portfolio with prior works is a plus!)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus but not necessary
• Creative mindset with a passion for learning and development
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
