Stroke Support Station (S3) is an innovative and growing charity in Singapore that support stroke survivors and caregivers in their post stroke care management when they return to the community. S3 is supported by dedicated volunteers who provides service-based, skill-based and event-based volunteering services in the charity to support stroke survivors as they embark on the journey toward recovery.
Strategy & Partnership Development (Volunteer & Fundraising) Intern
The incumbent will assist the Strategy & Partnership Development team in partnership development efforts that include stakeholder management, volunteer management, and fundraising.
He / She will have the opportunity to learn about partnerships development and stakeholder management in the healthcare and social service sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate volunteers activities and programmes
- Maintain the volunteer management system database and collation of required reports
- Organise and support the outreach activities with corporate partners and community
- Assist in the fundraising initiatives
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- 3 months contract period from April to 30 June 2022
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree or Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with marketing or social media, design software, and photo editing skills
- Independent, proactive, and good team player
- Candidate must be willing to commute between our two centres, Enabling Village and Jurong Point Shopping Centre (MRT accessible).

Monthly Allowance / Remuneration
$800 to $1,000
