Strumm’s Holding – Marketing Project Executive (Entertainment)

Marketing & Production, Business Development

• Managing all marketing activities for the company and within the marketing and creatives department;
• Co-ordinating marketing and creative activities;
• Monitor and compile reports on effectiveness of all marketing activities;
• Be the liaison point of contact for brands under your management;
• Organise events for the outlets under your supervision;
• Come up with new ideas & concepts that would bring up the sales & brand outreach of each brand;
• Work on online & offline campaigns with partners that will value-add to your brand;
• Ensure that all kinds of communication (tv slides, flyers, tentcards) are all up before a marketing activity commences;
• Go through all copywriting and visuals before submitting to the respective outlets;
• Ensure that all visual communications of the outlets/brands are consistent throughout all marketing channels;
• Source for vendors on different capabilities that the company requires;
• Co-ordinate with outlets for bi-weekly meeting;
• Co-ordinate with the different departments to ensure smooth delivery of the event;
• Manage KPIs for all events that the Company creates and ensure that it measures up to the budget that was spent;
• Monitor progress of work for each outlet, and tasks given to the outlet managers;
• Revises marketing plan by analyzing campaign results;
• Identifying expansion opportunities;
• Prepare proposals and quotations for different projects, event quotations, when needed.

Events Management

• Assist and work with the different brands' operations team to curate different events and themes; 
• Liaise with relevant sales, marketing, speaker recruitment, editorial and accounts staff to ensure understanding of, and the smooth delivery of, the requirements for each event; 
• Source, appoint, liaise and manage venues, event contractors and suppliers; 
• Control the costs for each event, regularly updating a running financial forecast; 
• To source for events and generate leads for all the events for each outlet; 
• Will require to liaise with the clients, work closely with partners and vendors to deliver each event; 
• Will require to plan, strategise for all the outlet events; 
• Coordinate with the team for logistics, order for decor, source for cheaper alternatives; 
• Is required to be at every event; 
• Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships; 
• Will be required to co-ordinate with partners, whenever neccessary and to keep close in contact with them; 
• Ensure that all events from planning to execution goes smoothly.
• And all other administrative work.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Has to have a keen interest in the lifestyle & entertainment industry; 
2. Has to be a good communicator in all channels; 
3. Will be required to work in late hours and independently;
4. Good social skills as you will be required to work closely with all partners, vendors and stakeholders and maintaining a close relationship with them;
