JOB OVERVIEW
As an Agent Development - Database Management Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our customer database. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with outbound calls to follow up on inactive accounts, managing follow-up communications via email and follow up calls, recording information in our CRM system, and producing insightful reports based on your activities. Additionally, you will assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by your direct line manager, contributing to various projects and initiatives as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage outbound calls to account owners with inactive accounts to verify and update their information.
- Email Follow-Up: Send follow-up emails to account owners who are unreachable by phone to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- CRM Management: Record all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is current and correct.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate reports and provide insights on call outcomes, email responses, and overall database health to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support various projects and tasks as assigned by your direct line manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
EXPERIENCE
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and accurately record large amounts of data.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with database management/ CRM [Salesforce.com] is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
