Managing work, Sub-contractors and Work Teams

• Supervision of work area of Sub-contractors / work teams and ensure they are aware of :
• Project procedures for the successful completion of the project work
• Outcome expectations to be achieved by them relating to manpower use, quality, time and project requirement
• The project plan and schedule of work
• Weekly review and evaluation of work progress and team/task productivity associated with all sub-contractors and workers.
• Ensuring sub-contractors and workers full compliance with the works to be carried out
• Coordination and checking of material deliverables.
• Attend site meetings, inspections and monitoring of work progress.
• Report of manpower status and managing of change of orders.
• Maintain a problem-solving approach to project situations and keep it in an orderly manner with the sub-contractors and work team.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas and some other administrative works

Jobs Requirements :

1. Basic computer literacy (E.g., Microsoft Excel & Words)

2. Able to communicate and keep a keen eye on details

3. Friendly and energetic personality

4. Team player, will follow company's rules and regulations

5. Required to travel islandwide

6. Willing to accept challenges in this fast-paced environment and fast learner

7. Min. GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level / Higher or equivalent

Experience

- On-Job training will be provided for newcomers

- Minimum of 2 experience as a site supervisor in the renovation industry will be an advantage

- Physically fit and healthy

- Independent and self motivated

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 0830 hours – 1800 hours

- Saturday: 0830 hours – 1230 hours
