StyleHaul – Freelance Admin (Internship)

We are a lean team in Singapore, so all of us work closely in crafting the best proposals, execute projects skillfully, establish genuine relationships with influencers in the region. 

You will work directly with the team in Singapore to:

1. Creating contracts for talents and external vendors
2. Liaison between StyleHaul and talents for contracts, payments and deliverables
3. Keeping track of ongoing social media campaigns and updating online reports
4. Creating reports for social media campaigns (knowledge of social media is advantageous)
5. Updating internal documents (finance, campaigns etc.)

Desired Skills:

• Strong command in the English language, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of other Asian languages such as Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese will be a plus
• Must be comfortable on the phone and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Must be a quick learner in the fast paced environment
