As an E-Commerce Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce company in Singapore, and gain hands-on experience across different functions such as E-commerce, Digital Marketing and Operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Basic data entry & administrative work Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. 
  • Provide support in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and performing regular stock checks in our warehouse. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to coordinate promotions and assist with Social Media engagement.

Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a coursework related to business, supply chain logistics or similar fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  •  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with typical MS Office (Word & Excel) and other software / tools.
