Partnerships & Outreach
- Establish partnerships with student communities, universities, expat networks, and corporate HR teams to drive tenant engagement.
- Represent SuiteTogether at networking events, real estate forums, and student expos to promote our offerings.
Sales & Negotiation
- Present and pitch SuiteTogether’s value proposition to property owners and rental operators.
- Negotiate pricing models and lead-based fee structures for hosts.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to improve our platform’s competitive advantage.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance the SuiteTogether property management system (PMS).
User Engagement & Support
- Assist landlords and tenants with queries about our platform and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Support the marketing team in crafting sales materials, social media campaigns, and community engagement activities.
