Job Description
Project Executive (Operations) for exhibition in Year 2020
Job Scope:
- To coordinate logistics and operations for event preparation
- Liaise and brief out to various vendors
- Assisting the PM in making sure that the event is delivered in a timely and safe manner
- Adhoc operations duties (Pre site and on site) for event preparation as instructed by the PM
- Administrative work when needed
- Servicing clients when required
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
- Ability to converse in mandarin or dialect is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
- Operations knowledge in events/exhibition industry is an advantage
- Client servicing experience is good to have
- Comfortable with working long hours and on weekends if required
- Must be comfortable with working under outdoor conditions
- Organised and ability to work under stress. Time management is an advantageous skill to have
