Job Description

(6-month temporary)

Main Accountabilities

 .   Assist in managing local & international sales and trading activities  

 .   Generate purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices               

 .   Process customer orders on a timely basis                    

 .   Monitor and follow-up closely on all open orders and delivery status. 

 .   Respond to customers’ emails pertaining to order status and enquires. 

 .   Monitor and ensure all required documentations are well in place before deadline 

 .   Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to sales, supply, quality, delivery and/or operational 

 .   Maintain accurate and timely records of communication           

 .   Generate weekly/monthly sales reports              

 .   Participate in other ad hoc duties

Relevant Skills/Experience       

. At least 2 years of sales working experience        

· Preferably with prior experience in Retail/General Trading/Distribution industry       

· Resourceful & independent  

· Bilingual in English & Mandarin (spoken & written to liaise with Chinese associates) 

· Able to sustain good rapport with customers
