Job Scope
Support marketing campaign planning and execution
Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
Designing of marketing collaterals
Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives to achieve top performance and KPIs
Performing market analysis and research on competitors
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback
Update spreadsheets with appropriate information, such as budgeting
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (social media, e-marketplaces, etc.)
Providing feedback received from customers on various channels and suggesting initiatives to improve
Perform any other adhoc duties
Skill Requirements
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
