Job Description

Growth Strategist

 Roles

A strategist and a problem solver, the primary role of the Growth Strategist is to identify business opportunities for both the Company and its prospective clients. This begins by first understanding the client’s business and then proposing how our agency can help them to close the gaps and market their business effectively. The Growth strategist also coordinates and facilitates the development of business, creative and strategic proposals with the relevant project teams, as well as ensuring the deliverables and objectives of the agreed, contracted proposals are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Market research on clients, their industries and competitors

  • Prospecting and build strong relationships with clients

  • Respond to leads and fix appointments with potential and existing clients

  • Develop marketing proposals, recommendations and present sales pitches

  • Support pitches by ideating, developing and presenting creative pitches for the Company’s client accounts;

  • Managing client relationships, providing strategic consultation and insights for retention of the Company’s client accounts.

 Requirements

  • Familiar with the various services provided by a Marketing/Advertising Agency

  • Possess understanding of Branding

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales related position

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Attention to detail, self-starter, able to work independently

  • Able to manage well in a fast paced environment
